Position: Accountant – QuickBooks Expert

FM Logistics is seeking a dedicated and skilled Accountant to join our team. The candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks. If you are an accountant but do not know how to use QuickBooks, please do not apply, as we are strictly looking for a QuickBooks expert. Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting entries in QuickBooks
Handle client billing, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Maintain records of import transactions and related documentation
Prepare bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports
Coordinate with operations and management for accurate financial data
Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
Requirements:
Strong command of QuickBooks (mandatory)
Experience in a customs clearing/freight forwarding environment is preferred
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
